Automatic Foot Operated Seam Welder

The automatic foot operated seam welder is operated under microprocessor precision control and can complete vertical and horizontal welds to improve productivity. The welder is widely used for the seal welding of tanks or cans produced from low carbon steel and stainless steel. This welding equipment adopts pneumatic clamp cylinders to maintain high welding accuracy.

The two-phase electrical power makes appropriate changes to the current waveform to enhance the pre-heating and welding quality of metal materials.
DRS-Ⅲ microprocessor-based resistance welding control and modular circuit monitoring system are used in machine parameter settings and adjustment.
Variable-frequency drive maintains strong anti-interfere ability to guarantee the welding process stability
Microcomputer control adopts the charging mode of constant current and constant voltage to ensure the welding quality under different variations of grid voltage.
